Convertible Bonds

The company issued in 2006 and 2007, through Pargesa Netherlands BV, its wholly owned subsidiary, bonds convertible into bearer and registered shares of Pargesa Holding SA.  The bonds convertible into bearer shares are listed on the Swiss Exchange.
